CKC Computers is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval, except as necessary to process credit card information and ship your order. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to sales@ckccomp.com with "unsubscribe" as the subject line.
To reiterate, CKC Computers does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Warranty and Guarantee Information
All items sold from CKC Computers through the website of ckccomp.com carry a limited warranty based on the condition listed in their item description. By purchasing from CKC Computers, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
“New” items carry a 30-day exchange or money back guarantee. Defective items receive full refund or exchange. Non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns, buyers must request an RMA by contacting us at rma@ckccomp.com. Your RMA must be printed on the exterior of the package. Returns that arrive without an RMA will be refused and sent back to the buyer. Returns must arrive within 14 days of an RMA being issued. Returns that arrive after that 14 day period will be refused and returned to the buyer. In the event that an item was damaged during shipping, a buyer must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. Save all boxes and packing supplies. A shipping representative will pickup the package to help complete the shipping insurance request.
“Refurbished” items have been reconditioned and tested by us or the manufacturer. Refurbished items carry a 14 day exchange guarantee from the date of receipt. All used and refurbished laptops are guaranteed to be in working condition. As these units have typically come from working, corporate environments, all units may have minor cosmetic flaws such as scuff marks, light scratches, and worn lettering on keys. We will not accept returns based on the cosmetic condition of the laptop. LCD screens are in good shape and will be without lines or damage that impairs usage. LCD screens may have light spots or stuck/dead pixels. A unit must have more than 2 light spots or 3 dead/stuck pixels to be eligible for exchange.
“Used” items (also referred to as "System Pulls") carry a 7 day exchange guarantee from the date of receipt. In the event that we are unable to exchange your item, a refund will be issued. Defective items receive full refund or exchange. Non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. On occasion, we offer “As-is” items. These items come with no warranty or guarantee. These items are usually untested, untestable or salvage items. Their condition will be clearly explained in their description. All sales on “As-is” items are final and no return or exchange will be accepted.
Shipping Policy
Most items sold through CKC Computers are shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering. In the event that an item is unavailable after it has been ordered, CKC Computers will notify the buyer as promptly as possible to notify them how long it will take for the item to be available and to offer a refund if that is not possible. Large static bags purchases may require 7-10 days to fill. Shipping insurance is included in the shipping price of every item.
Order Cancellation Policy
All orders from CKC Computers may be cancelled up to the time that the shipping label is printed without penalty. As many orders are shipped within one business day of ordering, please be sure that your order is correct. To cancel your order, email us at sales@ckccomp.com. Include "Order Cancellation" in the subject line and please provide your invoice number, item ordered and shipping address in the body of the email. After a shipping label has been generated, it may be possible to cancel the order before it ships. Please call us at 913-568-8976 if you have received your tracking number and need to cancel your order. If the order has not yet been shipped, your order can be cancelled, however a fee equal to 25 percent of the shipping fee or 5 percent of the total order amount will be assessed against the refund (whichever amount is greater).
