Customer Service and Returns:

We do allow returns. We must be contacted within 14 days of the package being delivered. Orders that are returned without contacting us will be refused and sent back. All returns must be received within 14 days of when an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is issued. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. A return must be complete in order to be accepted. Which means if you ordered a pack of 10 cards or 6 figurines, then 10 cards or 6 figurines must be returned. Partial returns will not be refunded. Returns must be in the original condition that they were shipped in. Evidence of damage or heavy use may result in a return being refused.
